Do I need training experience?
No. We coach complete beginners through to experienced trainees. Your intro session helps us meet you exactly where you’re at.

How often should I train?
Most Nashies train 2–4 times per week depending on goals, schedule, and recovery. We’ll help you find a rhythm that’s sustainable.

Can I switch between options later?
Yes. Many Nashies move between group, semi-private, and 1:1 as their goals and availability change.
