FAQs
Do I need training experience?
No. We coach complete beginners through to experienced trainees.
Your Intro session helps us understand your background, goals, and any injuries so we can meet you exactly where you’re at.
How often should I train?
Most Nashies train 2–4 times per week, depending on goals, schedule, and recovery.
We’ll help you find a rhythm that’s effective and sustainable long term.
What happens in the free intro session?
Your intro is a relaxed, one-on-one session where we:
Talk through your goals and training history
Explain how training works at Nashi Strength
Recommend the best training option for you
There’s no pressure to sign up — it’s about clarity and fit.
Can I switch between training options later?
Yes. Many Nashies move between group training, semi-private coaching, and 1:1 coaching as their goals, schedule, or life demands change.
How long are the sessions?
All sessions run for 60 minutes, including warm-up, training, and guidance from your coach.
How many people are in each session?
Group Training: Max 12 people with a coach guiding the room
Semi-Private Coaching: Max 4 people per coach
1:1 Coaching: Just you and your coach
No overcrowded classes. No being left to figure things out alone.
Is the program personalised?
Yes, even in group settings.
Everyone follows structured programming that is:
Scaled to your level
Progressed over time
Adjusted for injuries or limitations
You’ll never be asked to “keep up” or do movements that don’t suit you.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
That’s very common.
We regularly work with Nashies managing:
Back, knee, or shoulder issues
Previous injuries
Limited mobility or confidence
Your coach will modify movements so you can train safely and keep progressing.
Do I need to follow a specific program?
Your coach takes care of the programming.
You just show up and train. We handle the structure, progression, and adjustments.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Crows Nest, just off Willoughby Road, in a quiet, purpose-built training space.
What should I bring to training?
Comfortable training clothes (no shoes needed, we train barefoot)
A water bottle
Towel
Everything else is provided.
Do you offer casual sessions?
No. We focus on consistent training because that’s how results last.
If you’re unsure about committing, start with a free intro and we’ll guide you from there.
